The T107 M. C. Valve is
used with the T440 Casing Packer to cement liner strings into the
well bore or open hole. The T440 Casing Packer is set in
compression allowing the M.C. Valve to shear at a pre-determined value, opening the
cementing ports. The cementing ports are closed by picking up on the casing string.
