Dale Fain

President & CEO

Dale has over 35 years of experience in well completion technology and management. Prior to joining TEAM Oil Tools in 2010, Dale worked for Elder Oil Tools and Arrow Oil Tools. Most recently, he worked for Weatherford International where he held various senior leadership positions in the Completions Division, including 10 years in Eastern Hemisphere and North American operations management.

David Fleming

Chief Financial Officer

David has over 15 years of corporate finance experience in manufacturing and service-based companies and has expertise in startups. He joined TEAM in 2009 out of Orlando, where he spent several years with Larson Allen, a business audit and consulting company, followed by six years as CFO for MEDX. At Larson, David was exposed to clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, service and non-profit organizations.

Tom Rogers

Operations MANAGER

Tom brings to the table over 35 years of experience in the petroleum industry and particularly in well completion. He has held management positions with Baker Oil Tools, AVA International, Dresser Oil Tools and Weatherford in quality assurance, customer service, field operations and sales. He has managed operations in Venezuela, Syria and, most recently, the Black Sea area of Romania.

Steve has spent over 30 years in the petroleum industry working in various engineering capacities for Guiberson, Dresser Oil Tools, Schlumberger and Weatherford International, with the last 10 years spent in management positions.

Randy Jones

Composite Products & Intellectual Property Coordinator

Randy brings over 30 years of experience, initially in aircraft and aerospace technology and, subsequently, in specialty materials with Alcoa and ITT, where he was closely involved in the development of composite products for the marine and oil & gas industries. He currently holds 15 related patents.

Mike Roberts

Engineering Manager

Mike has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and design of downhole completion equipment with Baker Oil Tools, Production Oil Tools and Smith Completions, including 20 years in management positions.

Lance Tucker

General Manager, Tulsa

Lance has been involved with the petroleum industry for over 23 years, previously working for Arrow Oil Tools and Weatherford International. He began his career in assembly, working his way through shipping, shop floor expediting, production planning and scheduling, warehouse inventory control and schedule management. In 1998, he was promoted to domestic and international customer service and eventually became the Global Sales and Commercial Support Manager for Weatherford’s Well Completion Technologies.
