Performing manufacturing and service in a safe manner is vital to creating a positive work environment.  We at TEAM are dedicated to conducting all operations in a safe manner eliminating risk to our employees, our clients, local communities and the environment in general.  In addition to a management focus on safety throughout the company we have a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental program that is an integral part of our mantra and includes strict compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.

Environment

The environmental impact of our operations must be considered at all times and, as new products and procedures are developed, their effect on the environment is always of primary importance to us.  More efficient wells are being developed as a direct result of technological advancements such as our multi stage T-Frac open hole treating system.  The continuous operation which results enables major reductions in the amount of treating fluid used in fracturing wells when compared to the “plug and perf” techniques, making its’ proper disposal  more efficient.  Such products and methodology improvements will continue to be our focus in the future in order to reduce the environmental impact of the continuing quest to provide our country’s energy requirements.
